This is a simulation for a very simple watershed with 4x4 elements. Bellow, it is shown the terrain elevation values of this basin.

In the simulation it is visible the typical "S" shape of the hydrograph and the equal distribution of water stages, unless in the reference section where there is water acumulation.

The time step used on this simulation is very high (30s) and can be even higher without any perturbation of
the solution or instabilization of the model.
